Foundation Board of Directors

The Foundation is run by a 12-member Board of Directors.
-    8 Societe Generale Group members, including 6 management representatives and 2 employee representatives;
-    4 qualified people: External experts in the Foundation's areas of intervention.
The Foundation's Board of Directors guides its choices, decides on its intervention and agrees on the amounts of funding to be distributed to the projects.
